- Always be able to get in touch quickly with Chris by phone or e-mail – normally from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 3pm Saturday.
- Have a financial business partner who speaks plain language and regularly communicates with you.
- Know when your tax returns are due in.
- Know when you’ll need to pay your tax, and how much, well in advance of the due date.
- Know when your accountancy costs need to be paid and how much they will be, well in advance of the due date.
You’ll have the confidence to ask for the solutions that you want for your business issues. And you’ll feel comfortable that your accountant can deliver those solutions.
